BASE offers complimentary Domestic shipping, and International shipping rates vary based on region (see rates below), A confirmation email will be sent, once your order is received and another containing the tracking information, once it is shipped. Processing and shipping times vary based on item ordered and location. The guide below is meant as a rough estimate, especially in the case of International time frames.
Processing Time = 2-3 business days
Domestic Standard Shipping = 3-6 business days
International Standard Shipping = 3-10 business days based on region

International - $9.99 & up (varies based on region to be determined at checkout)
*For International shipping the customer is responsible for any duty fees and foreign transaction fees that may be charged by their financial institution.

UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE CURRENT CLIMATE, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, UNLESS YOUR PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT.
Please provide a photo of any merchandise that is defective upon immediate receipt, to info@baseapparel.net, along with the order number and customer contact information. We will assist you with your inquiry within 3 business days regarding defective product.
